I was referred to Dr. Cook by my internist and was extremely pleased w/my entire experience — he was knowledgeable, patient (answered all my questions), and was very thorough. Also he had a sense of humor — many doctors do NOT. I plan on referring others to him.

His Fort Worth office is well run and I get in and out quickly. Dr. Cook takes time to go over everything. Staff is great, plenty of parking and elevator makes it easy to get to his office.

Dr. Cook is amazing and he is the reason I’m getting back to normal due to my Achilles injury. He is the best! Miss Annie keeps me in line and my daughter loves her for that!! The entire team is amazing!!
