Dr. Cook performed both of my foot surgeries. He did an awesome job and I had no complications. The staff is always polite, professional and caring. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs foot surgery.

Dr Cook is an excellent doctor. His office staff and medical assistants are helpful, friendly and efficient. Left my appointment with new orthotics that Richard custom fits in my shoes. A life changer!

I think Dr. Cook is a wonderful surgeon. He performed surgery on my foot previously and I had a great recovery and no problems at all. Fast forward a few years, and for convenience sake, I regrettably went to another surgeon for another foot problem, and had an unhappy experience with additional complications. I was told I would return to normal activity in 2 weeks, but almost 5 months later I was still in pain and swollen and had developed complications with both heels. After 2 rounds of PT and no improvement, I went to see Dr. Cook, and found out the problem was misdiagnosed and a lot of the exercises I was doing had exacerbated the situation. Dr. Cook painlessly injected both of my heels, and made several recommendations for footware, etc., and, in less than two weeks, I am now seeing significant improvement, and am so grateful to Dr. Cook. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Cook to anyone with foot or ankle problems. He’s tops in my book!

When I came to my first visit after seeing 3 other Dr.s with none of them knowing what was happening to my foot. Dr. Cook looked at my foot and knew exactly what was going on and what to do to correct it. Dr. Cook spot on. Surgery was successful!:)

I am only three weeks out of surgery so I am waiting on the results when my cast is removed. The customer service of Dr. Cook's staff has been very good. Dr. Cook does a good job of explaining the procedure in lamens terms.
